摘要
针对武钢第二炼钢厂受损的转炉托圈,采用有限元分析软件对其炼钢时各种工况下的应力分布进行了数值仿真。结果表明,该托圈修复后具有足够强度,可以保证安全生产。
In order to ascertain the status of a damaged trunnion ring of No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO, a numerical simulation of its stress distribution was made under various operating conditions in steelmaking by means of FEA software. The results show that the strength of the repaired carriage is strong enough to ensure safety production, even in the worst condition.
