摘要
蓄热式加热炉通过蓄热室热交换高温空气燃烧技术 ,利用纯高炉煤气为燃料 ,具有高效烟气余热回收、低污染排放等优点。由于蓄热式加热炉采用左右两侧空气、煤气交替切换燃烧 ,在切换期间其温度对象处于非控状态 (切换周期为 3~5 min) ,常规的双交叉限幅燃烧控制策略已不再适用。运用神经网络方法在线建立加热炉当前工况平衡工作点 ,在此基础上通过模糊控制策略实现蓄热式加热炉温度控制。实际应用结果表明这种控制策略有效解决了蓄热式加热炉切换燃烧控制问题。
Based on the technique of high temperature air combustion with regenerative room heat exchange, pure blast furnace gas can be used as fuel of regenerative furnace, therefor it is of high efficient heat reclamation of surplus gas and low contamination exhaust. Because alternate switch combustion mode of air and gas is adopted on the two side of the furnace, its temperature is in non-controlled state in the switch process (the switch period is generally 3~5min). thus, the conventional bi-cross limited combustion control method has not adapted for the object. The neutral network algorithm is used to adjust the current working point, on the basis, the fuzzy control strategy is used for the furnace temperature control. The actual application result shows that the control strategy is valid to solve the problem of the combustion control for regenerative furnace.
