摘要
首先介绍基于圆结构光的内表面三维视觉检测原理 ,并针对微小型构件内表面 ,提出了基于圆结构光的内表面三维视觉检测方案。在此基础上 ,采用摄像机针孔成像模型和坐标变换 ,建立了圆结构光三维视觉检测通用模型及简化模型 ,并对检测模型结构参数进行了优化和仿真研究。最后基于 5~ 15 mm的内表面三维形貌检测 ,获得了分辨力为
The basic principle of the 3D vision inspection based on circle structured light is firstly introduced. To the inner surface of micro-miniature workpiece, the scheme to measure the inner surface is presented based on circle structured light. The mathematic model of 3D vision inspection based on circle structured light is established successfully using camera's pin-hole model and coordinate transformation,and the parameters of the mathematic model are also optimized. The simulation result shows that the model resolution is 3μm is case of the measurement of the inner surface with a 5~15mm dimension.
