摘要 近年来 ,放射性核素在肿瘤内照射领域的基础研究和临床应用均取得了较大发展。作者主要从临床角度对放射性核素治疗肿瘤所适用的范围、种类及标记药物等方面介绍最新的一些进展 ,同时提出存在的问题及以后发展方向。 This article briefly describes the advancement of application of radioisotope in tumour brachytherapy, mainly on the aspects as below: applied fields, kinds of isotope and marked drugs etc.Meanwhile it points out the existing problems and future development.
