摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT肝双期扫描在小肝癌诊断中的临床应用。方法 回顾性分析了 16例小肝癌螺旋CT肝双期扫描的CT表现。结果 片中有 14例呈多血供型 ,除 1例门脉期仍呈高密度表现外 ,其余 13例均呈典型“快进快出”表现 ;另有 2例少血供型 ,动脉期强化不明显 ,门脉期呈低密度。结论 螺旋CT肝双期扫描对小肝癌诊断有较高的临床价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of hepatic dual phase helical CT scanning in diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinomas.Methods Dual-phase helical CT of the liver was performed on 16 patients with SHCC to investigate the appearances of SHCC in both phases.Result Enhanced tumor vessel were demonstrated during arterial phase(n=14).Little or no enhancement was showed during arterial and venous phase(n=2).Conclusion Dual-phase helical CT scanning of the liver has highly value in diagnosis of SHCC.
