摘要
目的 探讨哈尔滨市冬夏季节变化对血流变的影响以及相应的预防措施。方法 对 5 0 0例于 2 0 0 3年 6月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月体检的不同年龄段的健康人进行血液流变学检测。结果 各年龄段的全血粘度低切、高低 ,血浆粘度 ,红细胞压积冬夏均有显著性差异。结论 各年龄段的全血粘度低切夏季均显著低于冬季 ,其余上述血流变指标则与之相反。
Objective To explore the effect of seasonal change on hemorrheology and corresponding prevention measures.Method Hemorrheology of 500 healthy individuals of different age stages who had health examination in the hospital were measured.Results Low shear rate and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,haematocrit in different age stages in winter were significantly different from those in summer.Conclusion Whole blood viscosity of different age stages in the summer were significantly lower than in winter,other indexes were contrary to that.
