摘要
目的 研究辛伐他汀对冠心病患者血液流变性的影响。方法 观察 6 1例冠心病患者辛伐他汀治疗前后血脂及血液流变学指标的变化并作对比分析。结果 辛伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂、血液流变学指标有明显影响 ,治疗前后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 辛伐他汀能降低冠心病血脂水平 ,同时有降脂以外作用 ,改善血液流变性的异常。
Objective To investigate on the changes of blood rheology after using simvastatin in coronary heart diseases Method The changes of blood lipid and blood rheology before and after the treatment with simvastatin were observed and analysed in 61 cases of coronary heart diseases.Result The significant effects and differences of blood lipid and blood rheology were observed before and aner the treatment with simvastatin(P<0.01).Conclusion Simvastatin can effectively lower the level of blood lipid of the coronary heart disease and at the same time it can also improve the status of the blood rheology.
