摘要
运用文献分析与田野调查的研究方法对客家传统体育的表现形式及其文化特征进行分析,认为客家传统体育活动由于自身的文化特征,往往与客家的节日文化、宗教文化等文化形态相互结合在一起,在历史上对于改善和活跃客家人的文化生活起到了重要作用。当今挖掘整理切合客家族群特色的传统体育文化,对于推动客家地区全民健身运动的开展,弘扬优秀民族体育文化,具有非凡的现实意义。
The application cultural heritage analyzes and the countryside research method that investigate to Hakka manifestation and its culture characteristics of the traditional athletics of the ethnicities proceed the analysis, thinking that traditional athletics in Hakka activity is again because of the culture characteristic of the oneself, usually with the festival culture, religious culture…etc. culture appearance of the Hakka mutually combinative together, on the history for improvement with culture that active Hakkanese life rises important function.Scoop out nowadays the sorting slice to match the characteristic traditional athletics in ethnicity in Hakka culture, openning push Hakka region all the people do exercise to keep fit very much the exhibition, expanding the excellent race athletics culture, having the uncommon and realistic meaning.
