摘要
目的观察星状神经节阻滞(SGB)在治疗交感型颈椎病的临床效果.方法ASA1～2级的交感型颈椎病患者36例,采用气管旁颈6横突进行星状神经节阻滞,每日一次,两侧交替进行,10天一疗程.结果经1,2个疗程治疗后,临床治愈27例,显效9例,有效率100%.结论星状神经节阻滞(SGB)是治疗交感型颈椎病的有效和优选方法.
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the sympathetic cervical spondylosis with the therapy of the star ganglia blockade (SGB). Methods: 36 cases of cervical spondylosis ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ have been treated with the therapy of star ganglia blockade (SGB) medicine applying positioned at transverse process 6 of neck by the side of tracheal. One time daily. Side by side applying medicine in turn. Ten days counted as one course of treatment. Result: After one or two courses of treatment, 100% patients had produced a good curative effect, 27 patients among 36 cases were cured. Conclusion: The star ganglia blockade (SGB) is one of the good curative and optimal methods to treat the sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
