摘要
研究了甲苯在V-Ag系催化剂上选择性氧化制苯甲醛的反应,结果表明,当V:Ag=1:1(mol比)时,苯甲醛的选择性及收率都较高。若在催化剂中添加第三组分Ni,当V:Ag:Ni=2:2:1.5(mol比)时,苯甲醛的选择性为45.05%,收率为9.0%。若分别添加第四组分Cr或Mg,苯甲醛收率降低,但其选择性较高。
Preparation of Benzaldehyde by selective oxidation of toluene on a series of V-Ag catalysts was studied. The results showed that when V:Ag=1:1 (mole), the selectivity and yield of benzaldehyde were high. If a third component Ni was added to the catalyst when V:Ag:Ni=2:2:1.5(mole), the selectivity of benzaldehyde was 45.05% and the yield of benzaldehyde was 9.0%. If a fourth component Cr or Mg was added to the catalyst, the yield of benzaldehyde was reduced, but the selectivity was high.
