BEHAVIOURS OF RESISTANCE TO IRRADIATED DAMAGE IN Fe-Cr-Mn(Ni) ALLOYS

摘要 电子束辐照结果证明、Fe-Cr—Mn合金辐照损伤行为不同于Fe—Cr—Ni合金、因为溶质原子与点缺陷有相互作用,特别是Mn原子与空位相互作用比Ni原子来得强烈、致使Fe—Cr—Mn合金中空位迁移激活能比Fe—Cr—Ni合金高Ni,Mn在合金中扩散行为不同。 The damage behaviour of Fe-Cr-Mn alloys during electron irradiation is shown to be different from that in Fe-Cr-Ni alloy. The difference appears to be a conse- quence of the different diffusion behaviour of Ni and Mn due to interaction between solute atoms and point defects. Especially the interaction between Mn atoms and vacancies in Fe-Cr-Mn is strong so that the migration energy becomes greater than that in Fe-Cr-Ni al-
