摘要
1目的 了解某市卖淫妇女人群对艾滋病的认知水平 ,提高她们的艾滋病危险意识和自我保护意识 ,保护全社会人群的健康。 2方法 对某市 70 2名卖淫妇女的艾滋病知识进行了匿名的横断面调查。 3结果 大部分卖淫妇女对艾滋病的性质有错误认识 ,超过半数的人认为艾滋病是普通性病的一种 ,超过 1/5的人认为只有同性恋者才会感染艾滋病 ;对艾滋病常见的传播途径认识不清 ,有 1/5到 1/4的人认为日常生活接触可以传播艾滋病 ,1/5左右的人认为性交、共用针具和母婴途径不会传播艾滋病 ;绝大多数的卖淫妇女不了解艾滋病的发病和临床表现 ,认为艾滋病的临床症状与淋病、梅毒等普通性病相似 ;对自己感染的可能性有一定的认识。4结论 卖淫妇女艾滋病知识缺乏 ,应该加强这部分人群的艾滋病预防知识的教育 ,提高她们的艾滋病的危险意识和自我保护意识 ,杜绝艾滋病在卖淫人员中间的传播 。
Object To make it clear the AIDS related knowledge of the female sex workers in one city in PRC. Method Cross sectional study are conducted among 702 female sex workers in a reeducation institute in a south China city.Amonymous questionnaires are used to insure their cooperation and to protect their privacy. Result More than half of them consider AIDS as a kind of normal STDS and more than 1/5 to 1/4 of them think daily contact can spread the disease, and nearly 1/5 of them consider sexual intercourse, use un sterilized neediles and mother to baby route can not spread AIDS.Nearly all the subjects don't know the process and clinical appearance.They have realized the possibility of infection. Conclusion AIDS related education should conduct among this special population to arm them with power of self protection. [
