摘要
研究了高熔点(T_m=1860℃)纯 Cr 粉在灰铸铁(T_m=1200℃)表面上激光合金化的熔化特征。试验结果表明:在慢扫描时,合金化的成份较为均匀,但热影响区尺寸随之增大;在扫描速度快时,在合金化表层中存在未熔 Cr 粉。
The features of laser alloying on low melting point(T_m=1200℃)grey cast iron surface with high melting point(T_m=1860℃)pure chromiumpowder were studied.The experimental results showed that the surface alloy-ing constitution would tend to be homogenized,but its heat affected zone sizewould tend to be increased under slow scanning speed;on the other hand,underhigh scanning speed,there were non-melted chromium powders in surface all-oying.
