TRIP带钢轧后冷却过程温度场的有限元模拟

摘要 应用有限元模拟仿真计算 ,对相变诱发塑性 (TRIP)带钢在连轧机精轧后由 85 0~ 890℃快冷至70 0℃ ,经几秒钟短暂空冷再第 2次快速水冷至卷取温度 4 0 0℃的冷却过程的温度进行了分析计算。分析结果得出 ,3mmTRIP带钢厚度方向的温差较小 ,而 8mmTRIP带钢厚度方向温差明显增大。因此TRIP带钢在 The temperature field of finish-rolled transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) strip during cooling process - from 850 ℃~900 ℃ fast cooling to 700 ℃ + air cooling for several second + secondary water cooling to coiling temperature 400 ℃ has been analyzed and calculated. The analysis results show that temperature differential of 3 mm TRIP strip in thickness direction is minor, but the temperature differential of 8 mm TRIP strip in thickness direction is greater obviously. Therefore strip should be air-cooling for available time after second fast cooling and before coiling to reduce the temperature differential between surface and center in thickness of TRIP steel strip during coiling.
