摘要
研究了高温离子渗碳的渗速和材料的奥氏体晶粒度变化,探讨了循环热处理的影响.通过硬度、接触疲劳、多冲疲劳及旋转弯曲疲劳等性能试验和产品试验,证明了复合工艺的可行性.这种复合工艺可大幅度缩短渗碳周期,具有明显的经济效益.
In this paper,carburizing rate and variation of austenite grain size of carburizing steels during high-Temperature ion carburizing were studied and the effects of cyclic heat-treatment were discussed.The feasibility of the complex process was certificated by means of product tests and property tests of hardness,rolling contact fatigue,impact fatigue and rotating-bending fatigue.The Carburizing duration can be greatly shortened by this process and the economic benefit is remarkable.
