摘要
用盐浴法对NbC、Cr_7C_3双覆层处理工艺进行了研究.结果表明,双覆层兼有高的抗高温氧化性和耐磨性,用于4Cr5MoVSi钢制的压铸模套筒销,使用寿命由常规处理的2500～3000件提高到10000～19000件.
This paper deals with the NbC,Cr_7C_3 double layer covering technology.The results showed the (NbC+Cr_7C_3)layer possesses high oxidation resistance and good wear resistance.The service life of the 4Cr5MoVSi steel bush-pin of casting die treated with this technology is 4～5 times as long as that one treated with conventional process,
