摘要
采用国内首次研制成功的刚玉流动粒子渗氮炉研究了氨气与氮气比和渗氮时间对38CrMoAl、3Cr2W8V、W6Mo5Cr4V2和65Cr4W3Mo2VNb钢渗氮试样渗层性能和显微组织的影响.结果表明,经545℃流态炉渗氮的所有材料的渗层都有良好的性能.提高氨气与氮气比或减少渗氮时间,可有效地控制白亮层或化合物,甚至可实现无白层渗氮.此外,这种流动粒子炉可对带有小深孔或盲孔的零部件实现渗氮.
The investigation of nitriding in the Corundum fluidized bed furnace was carried out.The paper presents the effect of the gas ratio of NH_3 to N_2 and nitriding time on case properties and microstructures of the nitrided specimen of 38CrMoAlA,3Cr2W8V,W6Mo5Cr4V2 and 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb steels.It is demonstrated that all the steels,after nitrided at 545℃ in the fluidized bed furnace,possess good microhardness profilles,case depth and maxium surface microhardness.Besides,the white layer or compound zone could be affectively controlled or even eliminated by increasing the gas ratio of NH_3 to N_2 or reducing the nitriding time.Moreover,the fluidized bed furnace mentioned above may be sutiable for the nitriding of the components with deep small hols or blind hols.
