Study on the Dephosphorization of Iron Concentrator From Meishan Iron Mine

摘要 探讨了采用反浮选原则流程降低梅山铁精矿中磷的含量,结果表明,采用新型捕收剂SO8和改性后的SO81、水玻璃作抑制剂、碳酸钠作pH调整剂,在常温(25℃)和低温(15℃)条件下,能够获得磷品位为0.15%~0.18%,铁品位为55.58%~55.98%。铁回收率为94.82%~97.43%的指标。 Investigation was carried out to reduce the phosphorus content of iron concentrator from Meishan Iron Mine by reverse flotation principled flowsheet. Test results have showed that, by using new type SO8 and modified SO81 reagents as collectors; sodium silicate as depressor and sodium carbonate as pH modifier, separation indexes with phosphorus content of 0.15%~0.18%, iron content of 55.58%~55.98% and iroq recovery of 94.82%~97.43% can be obtained at embient (25℃) and low temperature (15℃).
