摘要
本文给出了带知识库的微型计算机控制策略,介绍了两级微机控制系统的软件和工作框图。本系统在歪头山铁矿湿式自磨机实际应用表明,在保证矿石充填率和矿浆浓度满足生产工艺要求的条件下,对矿石及各种工况变化情况,该系统具有良好的适应性和稳定性,计算机控制系统比人工操作提高磨机生产能力7.42%以上。
The paper presents the control strategy of the microcomputer with knowledge base,and describes the software and block diagram of work of the two-stage microcomputer control system. The results of the application of the said system on wet autogenous mills in Waitoushan Iron Mine have shown that the system has good adaptability and stability to the changes of the ore and various working conditions under the condition that the ore charge volume and pulp density should be guarantied to meet the requirements of the production technology. With the computer control system,the mill throughput can be increased by over 7.42% when compared with that by manual operation.
