摘要
探讨明胶纤维网在不同出血创面的止血效果。方法 ①观察明胶纤维网、氧化纤维素和明胶海绵三种止血材料对323例急诊创伤和手术病人的止血时间和效果。②用扫描电镜观察三种止血材料的结构。结果 ①浅表创面各组止血时间无显著差异(P>0.05),深部创面明胶纤维网组止血时间为83.0s±65.7s,与明胶海绵(149.0s±65.67s)和氧化纤维素(117.0s±70.18s)比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。②扫描电镜显示,明胶纤维网呈网络致密状结构,氧化纤维素和明胶海绵结构间均有较大网眼。结论 明胶纤维网结构致密,对深部出血创面止血效果较结构疏松的氧化纤维素和明胶海绵好。
To investigate the hemostatic effects of gelatin fleece (GF)on different traumatic bleeding.Methods Three types of hemostatic agents,GF,oxidized cellulose (OC)and gelfoam (GL) were used in 323 patients with bleeding from trauma or surgical operation. Time and efficacy of hemostasis were accurately recorded. The structure of agents were observed by SEM. Results ①There was a significant difference in the time to stop deep bleeding,83. 0±43. 64s in the GF group versus 117. 0±70. 18s in OC group and 149. 0±65. 67s in GL group,respectively. ②SEM showed that the reticular structure of GF was much denser than that of GL or OC. Conclusion The dense structure of GF may be responsible for its better hemostatic effects on deep bleeding.
