摘要
给出了具有层状结构的硫化钼(MoS_2)中位错的透射电镜(TEM)观察结果在基面上,位错和位错网络常分解成不全位错和不全位错网络利用衍衬效应分析了这些位错的Burgers矢量。
The dislocations in MoS_2 with layer structure have been observed by means of
TEM. On the basal plane, dislocations and dislocation networks dissociate into partial dislo-
cations and partial dislocation networks. The Burgers vectors of the dislocations are deter
mined by diffraction contrast analysis, and stacking fault energy is also calculated from the
extended nodes.
