摘要
目的 探讨标准外伤大骨瓣开颅去骨瓣减压治疗特重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法 对我科收治的11例特重型颅脑伤行标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术病例进行回顾性分析。结果 根据格拉斯哥预后评分,11例特重型颅脑损伤患者术后恢复良好2例,中残2例,重残1例,死亡6例。结论 早期标准外伤大骨瓣开颅减压对治疗恶性颅内高压,减轻中枢系统的继发损伤,为后续治疗创造机会,并能明显改善特重型颅脑损伤病人的预后。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of severest head injury with standard large trauma cran-iotomy. Methods Severest head injured patients with a score of 3 to 5 on GCS who admitted to our department from 2002 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 5 cases survived in which 2 cases had a good recovery 2 cases moderate disability and lease with severe deficits. The other 6 cases died after therapy. Conclusion The prognosis of severest head injured patients could be improved at early stage with standard large trauma cran-iotomy.
