摘要
运用心理测量与实践法对我国优秀冰雪运动员心理能力与运动能力之间的关系进行研究。结果表明 ,冰雪运动员的心理能力总体水平适中 ,发展不均衡 ;运动员的竞技动机适中 ,其创造性倾向较高 ,能力较低 ,但心理潜能较大 ;从事体能类项目的冰雪运动员的认知特质焦虑水平与其所从事项目的特点不相适宜 ,而从事技能类项目的冰雪运动员与其所从事项目的特点相适宜 ;
The author makes an analysis on the relation between mental and motor ability by using the methods of psychological measurement and practice. The result shows that the overall level of skiers and skates' psychological ability is moderate and imbalance development. The sports motivation of skiers and skates is moderate, the creativity tendency is higher and the creative ability is inferior, but the mental potential is great. The trait cognition anxiety's level of the physical efficiency for skiers and skates are not suit for event character, but the level of the technical ability for skiers and skates are suit for event character. There is some internal relationship between the mental ability and performance for elite skiers and skaters.
