解决高校教学管理中的人际冲突 ,要善于利用建设性人际冲突并防止破坏性人际冲突的发生 。
In settling interpersonal conflicts,it is useful to shine in exploiting constructive interpersonal conflicts,to prevent damaging interpersonal conflicts and to exert adeptly the ways and means of harmonizing conflicts in effect.
