摘要
新的《刑法》和《刑事诉讼法》颁布以后 ,虽然有关惩治贪污贿赂犯罪的规定已趋于完善 ,但是 ,司法机关在办理有关案件时 ,仍然遇到了不少法律问题 ,已经妨碍了贪污贿赂的查处工作。而这些法律问题是用单纯补充或完善《刑法》和《刑事诉讼法》无法全面解决的。因此 ,有必要制定一部全面系统的反贪污贿赂法 。
Although the regulation of corruption and bribery had been revised,judicial organs met several difficulties when they are dealing with related cases after the promulgation of the new criminal procedure law. The legal problems can't be settled solely by the amendment or completeness of the criminal law and criminal procedure law. So anti corruption and bribery law should be legislated systematically to meet the demands of judicial practice.
