摘要
期刊编辑是一个“人”、“事”共称的概念。所以给其科学定位乃是一个需要认真研究和论证的问题。基于此，本文所涉及的三个问题，即：期刊编辑的主体作用是再创和传播的统一、敬业精神是无名和有责的统一、业务素质是知识和能力的统一，主要是从其相关性上作些探讨。
Magazine－ editor is a combined concept of 'someody' and 'something'.Therefore,the question about how to scientifically define the magazine－ editor is worth studying and discussing.Based on this,the paper refers to three topics and probes into their relationship.Three topics-- the major function of magazine－ editor is combination of re－ creation and spread,devoted spirit is combinatio of nameless and duty,professional diathesis is combination of knowledge and ability.
