摘要
加入WTO给我国房地产业发展带来机遇和挑战。通过加入WTO对我国房地产市场供给与需求、房地产价格、房地产劳务服务、房地产企业发展等方面的影响分析 。
Entering into WTO will bring opportunities and challenges to China's real estate industry development. Through the analysis of the influence of WTO upon China's real estate supply and demand, real estate price, real estate service and the development of the real estate industry, this paper put forward the countermeasures to be taken.
