摘要
本文利用实验室的模拟试验,研究了不同剂量浓度的氟对土壤一些生化代谢过程的影响。氟能抑制土壤纤维索的分解、土壤硝化作用及土壤呼吸强度,能抑制土壤酸性磷酸酯酶的活性,能使土壤水溶性有机质含量和土壤pH明显增高。
A set of laboratory Simulation experiments were Carried out, to study the effects of sodium fluoride at different dosages on the soil biochemical metabolism. The results obtained showed:1. The decomposition of cellulosc and nitrification in the soil were inhibited, The respiratory intensity was also reduced.2. The activity of the acid phosphatase in the soil ivas inhibited, but restored as the in cubation time went on.3. Fluoride influenced some Soil, physical and chemical properties,Such as raising the pH Value and the water soluble Organic matter content in the soil.4. In contrast to obvious inhibition of fluoride on soil biochemical metabolism, the microbiological activity was Stimulated by the Wate- r-Solule Organic matter Content, When the Concentration of fluoride in the soil was whithin a certain entent.
