摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法等 ,对我国 5年来甲级女排队员的年龄分布特征、身高、体重、扣球高度和拦网高度等基本情况进行比较 ,结果显示 :队员的年龄结构保持老中青相结合 ,平均为 2 1岁 ;队员的身高、体重和拦网高度明显提高 ;扣球高度差异不显著 ;攻击型二传的培养还没有引起各队的高度重视。建议把队员的“条件高度”最大限度地转化为扣拦的空中高度优势 。
With the help of reference data and statistics,an analysis with comparison was made among the features of age distribution,height,weight of the players and the spike and fence height of the women volleyball players in the first-class teams of the past five years in our country.The conclusion was that the age structure of the team should maintiain a combination of old,middle and young with an average age of twenty-one;there's a clear improvement in the height and weight of the players and that of the fence;there's no obvious difference in the height of spike;the fostering of the attack-oriented second-passer has not been pay attention to in every team.Thus the essay suggested that the players''conditioned-height'transferred into the height advantage of spike and fence in air in the largest degree and selection and fostering of the attack-oriented second passer be strengthened.
