摘要 研究目的:研讨生物芯片技术在体育生物科学领域中的应用前景。研究方法:采用回顾性研究和前瞻性分析相结合的方法,跟踪和预测生物芯片的发展及其在体育生物科学领域中的应用。研究结果与结论:生物芯片是集分子生物学、材料科学、生物信息学和微电子科学以及纳米技术于一体的新型技术,对基因表达差异的研究具有高通量、大规模、平行性和快速准确等优点。它包括信息生物芯片和功能生物芯片两大类,在体育生物科学领域具有广阔的应用前景,将会极大地推动体育生物学科的发展速度和进程。 Objective:To discuss the application prospect of biochip technology in sports biological sciences.Method:By the method of correlation with the review study and prospect analysis,the biochip development and its application in sports biological science were followed and forecasted.Results and Conclusion:Biochip is a new technology that incorporates the strong points of molecular biology,material science,bioinformatics,microelectronics,and manometer technology, which have high-speed,large-scale,parpllel feature,rapid and precise virtue to study the difference in gene expression. Biochip,including information and function biochip,has a wide application prospect in biological sciences of physical education and pushes the science rapidly forward.
