摘要
中国与东盟就10年内建成自由贸易区达成共识,这是东亚经济合作的历史性突破。削减关税、非关税壁垒以及实现贸易投资便利化是自由贸易区建设的主要内容。自由贸易区谈判在即,我需妥善处理东盟内部的差异问题,与东亚域内外国家的关系,以及双边自由贸易协定与区域自由贸易区的关系等问题。中国东盟自由贸易区意在双赢、利在长远,最终目标是与东亚实现共同繁荣。
The agreement between China and ASEAN on establishing a free trade area in ten years marked a historical breakthrough in East Asian economic cooperation. Reducing tariff and non-trade barriers and implement ing measures to facilitate trade and investments constitute the major parts of the agreement. Given the coming talks on the free trade area, China has to properly deal with differences among ASEAN states and issues of inter and intra-relationships of East Asian states. Prospects of China-ASEAN free trade area lie in a win-win outcome and the long-term interests of the two sides for the final goal of common prosperity in East Asia.
