贯彻土地国策协调利益关系

摘要 10多年来，浙江省的土地管理事业取得了举世瞩目的成绩，在培育市场化，实现法制化、推进城市化、决策科学化等方面走在兄弟省市前列。目前，浙江省进入了小康的发展阶段，土地管理事业也有了坚实的基础，其后的土地管理工作重点须从以下几方面得以加强。
