摘要
通过相关因子的分析,为早期鉴定并预先选择苹果杂种果皮色泽提供理论依据。结果表明:叶柄和新梢颜色与果实色泽呈极显著正相关,可作为果实色泽预先选择的形态指标;叶片和枝皮中花青苷含量、叶片中可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸氨基裂解酶活性,与果实色泽的相关系数均达到极显著水平,并且不同色泽水平的品种间差异显著,因此可作为苹果果皮色泽预先选择的生理指标。
Some indexes for early evaluation and preselection for fruit skin colour of apple hybrids were established through correlation analysis. The colour of the petiole and shoot,very significantly correlating with fruit colour, can be used as morphological indexes of preselection. The anthocyanin concentrations in the leaf and shoot skin,the content of soluble sugar in the leaf, and the activity of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonialyase in the leaf all very significantly correlated with fruit skin colour and are significantly different between varieties or hybrids (Table 1) ,so they can be used as physiological indexes of preselection. These indexes used in early evaluation and preselection of fruit skin colour in apple hybrids are reliable.
