慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血浆TNF-α、NO及sFas的变化和意义
摘要
目的 探讨血浆中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)、一氧化氮 (NO)、可溶性Fas(sFas)含量变化与慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的关系。方法 80例不同心功能分级CHF患者和 2 0例健康对照组抽取静脉血分离血浆后检测TNF α(放射免疫法 )、NO(硝酸还原酶法 )及sFas(酶联免疫法 )。结果 CHF组TNF α、NO、sFas水平均明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且随着心衰程度的加重 ,各项指标的含量逐渐升高 ,在TNF α、NO及sFas两两之间以及它们与反映心功能的射血分数 (EF)值之间存在着显著的直线相关关系。结论 心衰患者体内TNF α、NO、sFas的浓度可以作为心衰诊断。
