摘要
本文作者在舰船螺旋桨“补焊禁区”内进行了实桨补焊试验研究,并分析了补焊接头的残余应力、金相组织、力学性能、腐蚀疲劳性能、空泡腐蚀性能等,据此提出了“补焊禁区”的开禁问题。
In repair welding of marine propellers there is a so-called 'forbidden area', for this reason an experimental research on repair welding within this forbidden area of a real propeller has been performed.In this paper the residual stress, metallographic structure, mechanical properties, corrosion fatigue and cavitation corrosion properties in different processing conditions are discussed. It is proposed that the ban of 'forbidden area' of repair welding of propellers may be lifted.
