摘要
对中国西部教育投资使用结构进行实证分析,并依据经济学边际技术替代率思想,利用等效率曲线寻找西部教育投资使用的合理范围。结果说明,教育事业费与基建费在投资总额短缺基础上基本合理;人员经费与公用经费结构失衡,人员经费比重过大;具体经费使用不尽合理,边际效率不高。西部今后应在加大教育投资的基础上优化使用结构,合理配置教育资源,提高效率。
Studies on the use structure of investment in education of the western regions of China indicate the reasonable investment in education and educational capital construction on the basis of the shortage of total investment, the imbalance of personnel funds and public funds, unreasonable inefficient use of concrete funds. The western regions of China should improve the use structure of investment in education and distribution of educational resources and therefore improve the efficiency of educational investment.
