网络时代图书馆具有显著的时代特点 ,网络信息咨询服务是图书馆发展的必然趋势 ,图书馆的服务工作必须与时代相适应 ,才能充分发挥图书馆的应有作用。
The library has its remarkable characteristics in the Internet Era. The informational advisory service in the on Internet is the inevitable trend. The library service work must meet the need of times so as to bring its function into full play.
