On Internationalization of China's Publishing Houses

摘要 中国出版社的国际化是当前十分热门的话题。要实现国际化还有很长的路要走,要明确国际化的涵义,认清自己的定位、把握机遇、改革体制,政府要适当放宽控制,给予中国出版社更多的优惠政策。同时,我国出版社也要积极提高管理水平,抓住当前各种机遇,多与世界优秀出版商合作,学习他们的先进经营理念,加强出版人才的培养,打造中国自己的出版物品牌,逐步实现国际化。 The internationalization of China's publishing houses is a burning topic of the day, but it still has a long way to go. It requires a good understanding of the significance of internationalization and our own orientation, seizing opportunities of development and reforming our systems. The government should moderately loosen its control and offer more beneficial policy to China's publishing houses. In the meanwhile, China's publishing houses should actively improve their management and seize every chance to cooperate with the famous publishing houses in the world and learn from their advanced ideas of management. They should also make great efforts to cultivate publishing talents and their own publishing qualities and brands so as to bring about the internationalization.
