不同铁源对鸡蛋铁含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Iron of Different Sources on Iron Content of Egg

摘要 选 375日龄健康的罗曼蛋鸡 6 4 5羽 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组设 3个重复 ,每重复 4 3羽。在基础日粮中分别添加 80mg/kg铁的硫酸亚铁 (对照 )、80mg/kg铁的甘氨酸铁、16 0mg/kg铁的甘氨酸铁、6 0 0mg/kg铁的硫酸亚铁和 80mg/kg铁的纳米硫酸亚铁 ,共 5个处理 ,试验期 70d ,研究基础日粮中添加不同铁源对鸡蛋铁含量及其相关血清指标的影响。结果表明 ,在基础日粮中添加 80mg/kg铁时 ,以添加纳米硫酸亚铁处理的蛋黄铁和蛋清铁含量最高 ;其次是甘氨酸铁处理 ,硫酸亚铁 (对照 )最低 ;在基础日粮中添加 80mg/kg纳米硫酸亚铁能显著提高转铁蛋白、血清铁、总铁结合力和铜兰蛋白含量或活性 ,增强铁在蛋鸡机体内的周转 。 Six hundred and forty-five healthy Roman laying hens of 375 days of age were randomly divided into five groups,each included three replicates of 43 layers.The layers were given a basal corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with iron of different sources for a period of seventy days,and control layers were supplemented with (80 mg/kg) Fe(FeSO_4),test layers were supplemented with (80 mg/kg) Fe(Glycine-iron),or (160 mg/kg) Fe(Glycine-iron),or (600 mg/kg) Fe(FeSO_4),or (80 mg/kg) Fe(nanometer FeSO_4).Effects of different iron on Roman hens′ egg iron content and correlative serum biochemical index were studied.The results showed that when the basal diet was supplemented with (80 mg/kg) Fe,yolk Fe and albumen Fe contents of the eggs treated with nanometer FeSO_4,glycine Fe,and FeSO_4,were highest,second highest,and lowest respectively.The basal diet supplemented with (80 mg/kg) nanometer FeSO_4 markedly raised the contents and activities of transferrin,serum iron,total iron binding capacity and ceruloplasmin,enhanced the turnover of Fe in the laying hens,and speeded up accumulation of Fe in the layers.
