摘要
以垂直升降式立体停车库的钢结构骨架为研究对象,运用有限元法建立了其受力模型,并利用ANSYS软件对立体停车库的4种受力工况进行了受力分析和变形分析,钢结构骨架满足设计要求。建立了钢结构骨架的优化设计模型并进行了优化设计,使其结构更加合理,大大降低了钢材的用量。
In this paper, taking the steel structure framework of the three-dimensional garage as the object of study, the stress model of the three-dimensional garage is set up by the finite element method. Also, the ANSYS software is used to analyze the stress and distortion of the steel structure framework under the four different working conditions and the needs of design are satisfied by the steel structure framework. The optimized design model of the steel structure framework is set up and the optimization is calculated, and the weight of the steel structure framework is greatly reduced by the optimized result.
