摘要
目的 验证滋阴益肾降糖汤的临床疗效。方法 采用随机对照实验方法 ,将II型糖尿病患者 30 0例进行临床实验对比观察。结果 治疗组滋阴益肾降糖汤总有效率为 93%。对空腹血糖、血脂有明显降低作用 ,与对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1) ;对口渴多饮 ,多尿 ,多食、周身乏力 ,心烦易怒 ,失眠多梦等有明显改善作用 ,与对照组 有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,结论 滋阴益肾降糖汤对II型糖尿病有良好的治疗作用。
Obejective To testify the clinical effects of Ziyin Yishen Jiangtang Tang.Methods Effects comparison were conducted in 300 cases with Diabetes II divided into Ziyin Yishen Jiang Tang Tang group(experimental group)and control group.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93%;Compared with control group,the experimental group had significant difference in reducing blood sugar and blood lipid when the stomach was empty(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and improving overdrinking for thirsty,diuresis,overeating,general acratia,vexation and insomnic dreaminess.Conclusions Zhiyin Yishen JiangTang has good effects on diabetes II.
