脑出血后运动功能损伤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑出血后(ICH)存活的病人中常有肢体运动功能障碍,其危害极大。皮质脊髓束的撕裂破坏是运动功能损伤的主要原因,皮质脊髓束的完整性对运动功能预后的影响很大。在运动功能损伤的修复中,皮质的自我修复、皮层和传导通路的重组和塑性发挥代偿作用是主要的机制,但详细的机制尚不明确。微侵袭神经外科手术可能对ICH后运动功能损伤的恢复有利,针灸治疗的价值尚不明确,被动性运动功能锻炼应尽早开始,但主动性运动功能锻炼开始的时机尚不明确。
