摘要
针对我国施工企业合同管理现状 ,分析了其存在的根源 ,从树立合同意识、在工程项目部设立合同管理机构、进行合同交底和分解制度、做好合同索赔管理工作等方面 。
Based on the present situations of contract management of construction enterprise in our country, the thesis analyses its reasons, and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures which help to improve contract management level: setting up the idea of contract management, organizing contract management department, establishing the rules of contract explaining and analyzing, and strengthening contract claim and so on.
