摘要
采用甲醇+水为流动相体系,C18向柱为分析柱,紫外检测器进行检测的反向高效液相色谱法测定20%杀螟硫磷水乳剂中杀螟硫磷的含量。该方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.042,变异系数为0.20%,平均回收率为99.99%。
Fenitrothion in 20% fenitrothion emulsion was determinated by high performance liquid chromatograghy. Result showed that the variation and liner correlation coefficient were 0.20% and 0.9998 respectively and the average recovery were 99.60～ 100.20%.
