摘要 Mo-Si-B系原位复合材料是一族新型的高温结构材料,目前的研究主要集中在其中的α-Mo+Mo_3Si+Mo_5SiB_2(T_2)、Mo_5Si_3B_x(T1)+Mo_3Si+Mo_5SiB_2(T2)和Mo_5Si_3B_x(T1)+MoSi_2+MoB3个体系。详细介绍了Mo-Si-B系原位复合材料的研究进展及应用前景,并在此基础上提出了进一步研究的重点和方向。 Mo-Si-B in-situ composites are an important class of novel structural materials. Since it was found that a small amount of boron dramatically improved oxidation resistance of Mo_5Si_3, attention to studies on molybdenum silicides is shifting from MoSi_2 to silicides containing higher Mo concentrations, such as Mo_5Si_3B_x (T1),Mo_3Si and Mo_5SiB_2(T2) and their multiphase in-situ composites. The purpose of this work is to illustrate the development of Mo-Si-B in-situ composites.
