摘要
为了有效地控制电力变电装置内部的温湿度,防止漏电现象发生,介绍了一种基于新型单片机设计的实用型温湿度控制仪。首先介绍了该控制仪的硬件系统组成、工作原理、各部分关键电路以及提高系统可靠性硬件方面采取的措施等;然后介绍了其软件系统,针对温湿度变化的连续和平缓特点,重点讨论了分段定值平滑数字滤波技术,提高了系统的抗干扰性。该温湿度控制仪结构紧凑,简单实用,长期实际运行表明,稳定可靠,具有一定推广应用价值。
In order to control temperature and humidity in electric power converter equipment effectively and avoid creepage occurrence, an applied temperature and humidity controller based on a new single chip micro - computer is presented in this paper. First, composing of the hardware system, principle , key circuits , hardware measure of the system credibility, are introduced. And then , its software system is introduced, mainly design and realization of fixed subsection slick digital filter for improving system anti - disturbing are discussed according to the characteristics of continuous and smooth change of temperature and humidity. The controller is used easily and its structure is compact . It is proved to be reliable by the practice, and it has a good appliance foreground
