摘要 目的探讨保留盆腔自主神经(PANP)的直肠癌根治术对男性排尿及性功能的影响。方法回顾性分析直肠癌根治术PANP组和非PANP组病人术后排尿和性功能指标及局部复发率。结果研究组患者术后排尿及性功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组和对照组在根治术后的局部复发率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论直肠癌根治术中实施PANP,不增加局部复发率,可以改善病人的排尿和性功能。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of PANP on curative excision of male patients with rectal cancer.Methods:Retrospectively,the sexual and urinary functions and local recurrence rate of case group and control group were analysed.Results:The indication of sexual and urinary functions of the case group was better than the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between case and control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:The radical operation with PANP for rectal cancer can reduce sexual and urinary disorder rate without at the ex-pence of local recurrence.
