摘要
生产流程的过程仿真,可以通过可视化方式发现生产设计中的缺陷。本文设计了一种基于受限语言解释器的可视化仿真系统,用于CAD仿真过程,并具体实现了一个工业流程的可视化仿真。根据可复用的微指令集和受限语言的特点,我们依照不同逻辑控制条件设计的解释器系统结构简单,易于实现,使系统具有一定的通用性和灵活性。通过实例表明,本文设计的基于受限语言解释器的系统可以满足具有一定复杂度的生产流程的可视化仿真。
Flaws in production designs can be detected by visualized simulation of production process. In this paper, we design a visualized simulation system based on constrained-language interpreter which is applied in CAD simulation process and realize a visualized simulation for an industry automated production line. Considering features of the microinstruction set and constrained-language, the interpreter designed with different control logic is simple, easy to realize and makes the system quite general and flexible. The result of the experiment illustrates that the system based on constrained-language interpreter can properly generate visualized simulation of complicated production lines.
