摘要
针对我国制造业在数量、水平落后于发达工业国家,在质量上也需要进一步提高,工人队伍中技术工人的比例远低于发达国家,特别是技师和高级技师更是匮乏的事实,指出了人才标准行而上学、教育资金不足、学校定位不准、企业用工制度缺陷等,是造成技能型人才短缺的重要原因,提出了按照市场规律进行调控,是解决问题的出路。
The steady and continual development of the manufacturing industry is predicated upon a pool of skilled and talented workers. China's manufacturing industry fall behind the advance industry country not only in amount and level, but the quality is also to be improved further. In our country workers troop, the proportion of skilled worker is lower than that of advanced countries. Skilled technicians and particularly the high level technician are deficient. A talented person's unilateral criterion, inadequate education capital enough, in incorrect direction educational institutions, faults in recruiting system-these are the significant reasons for the lack of skilled and talented workers. The way to resolve the problem is to operate in accordance with the market regulations.
