摘要
作者对东北剌人参脂溶性成分进行了提取、分离和鉴定,首次从其根及根茎中分离鉴定出已知化合物β-谷甾醇和芝麻素。还应用GC—Ms联用仪对东北剌人参挥发油进行了分析,从小分离鉴定出106种化合物,其中45种是单萜和倍半萜类,全根中以β-金合欢烯含量最高,根皮和茎中则以β-甜没药烯含量最高。
We take a extraction dissociation and identification on fat-soluble constituents of a special plant in northeast China. For the first time in the root and stem P- sitosterol and sesamin are dissociated and identified . Analysing the volatile oil of Oplopanax elatus, adapting Gs-Ms-COMP 107 kinds of compositions are dissociated and identified among the 45 kinds terpene and sesquiter-pene; β -farnesene content is highest in root; 3 - disabolene content is highest in velamen and stem.
